VT culture is a coach that is more, outreach to the entire Commonwealth and extend mid atlantic. Door knocking every neighborhood with personal contacts. PERsonal outreach to the VT football player alumni, (not a slogan, but sitting down personally alot with them. REcruiting number 1 which includes re recruiting the high school coaches THROUGHOUT the State from bristol ot Alexandria ot Va Beach and do it seamlessly not just a phone call or zoom. Be A CEO and hire the best staff and let them coach, and not be a micro manager, but expect them to work on the details in execution. Raise money....and support. BE a Prime spokesman for VT ....

The coach at VT is not a first sergeant who is an introvert, who stays in his shell with his family.
